Soon after, her seemingly healthy mother was diagnosed with osteoporosis, experiencing a drastic reduction in muscle mass, strength, and imposing limitations on her once active lifestyle. Witnessing these challenges faced by the two most significant (and always independent) women in her life, Lindsey embarked on a journey, examining her own genetic predispositions and lifestyle choices. Understanding the deep impact of movement on longevity and quality of life, she invested in her own health and fitness, discovering a profound purpose to help others do the same. Drawing from her personal experiences and a background in competitive sports, Lindsey’s goal is to help clients move better, mature gracefully, and lead fulfilling lives free from pain and limitations.
